1. NDA & IP Protection (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

At SmilesPopToys, we understand that your intellectual property (IP) is the core of your business. We enforce a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) policy for all OEM and ODM manufacturing projects by default.

  • Strict Confidentiality: All 2D illustrations, 3D renders, tech packs, and physical prototypes provided by or created for the client remain strictly confidential.
  • Zero Unauthorized Reproduction: We guarantee that no client designs will be sold, distributed, or exhibited to third parties, competitors, or other clients.
  • Secure Tooling & Molds: Any custom embroidery patterns or electronic IC sound/light molds developed for your project are exclusively used for your production runs.

2. Terms of Service & Manufacturing

These terms govern the prototyping, bulk manufacturing, and global delivery services provided by SmilesPopToys.

Prototyping & Sampling

Sample fees cover the labor of pattern makers, embroidery setups, and material sourcing. Minor revisions (up to 2 rounds) based on the original design scope are included. Major design overhauls may incur additional sampling fees.

Bulk Production Tolerance

Due to the handmade nature of plush toy sewing and stuffing, a standard industry size tolerance of ±5% to ±10% is acceptable. We strive for 95%+ shape fidelity relative to the approved prototype.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We offer global DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping by sea or air. While we guarantee on-time factory dispatch, exact final delivery dates are estimates dependent on global logistics, customs clearance, and local courier schedules.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your corporate and personal data.

  • Information Collection: We only collect information necessary to provide manufacturing quotes, process orders, and facilitate shipping (e.g., name, company, email, delivery address).
  • Data Usage: Your contact information is strictly used for direct communication regarding your plush toy project. We do not sell or share your data with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Data Security: Inquiry forms and payment details are processed through secure, encrypted gateways to prevent unauthorized access.
